Conclusion Durant les dernires annes, la recherche fondamentale a produit plusieurs possibilits de traitement pouvant repousser de manire significative une transplantation pulmonaire. Leur emploi judicieux prsuppose un examen diagnostique diffrenci, tels que la saisie de donnes hmodynamiques pulmonaires, ltat de coagulation et des facteurs humoraux tel que le peptide intestinal vasoactif. Le traitement de lhypertension artrielle pulmonaire, surtout de lhypertension artrielle pulmonaire svre (et malheureusement ce sont toujours encore la plupart des cas), exige des appareillages trs diffrencis et un accs plusieurs options thrapeutiques actuellement utilisables.
