Abstract: . . .       LOSARTN (50mg + 12.5 mg de hidroclorotiazida) Evitan la conversin de la angiotensina I en angiotensina II. Evitan la desintegracin de la bradicinina y la sustancia P. Su efecto completo se observa hasta tres a seis semanas despus del inicio del tratamiento.
